Excellent compensation and benefits, including annual incentive plan (AIP cash bonus), 401k matching, tuition reimbursement and more. Health, vision, and dental benefits surpass anything I've seen elsewhere, even from companies who are lauded for their benefits. Permanent work from home, flexible schedule, lots of PTO. I'm given the tools I need to succeed and empowered to manage my own time. Supportive leadership, collaborative peers.

Cons

Extremely meetings-heavy culture, including outside of local business hours to accommodate global time zones.

Pros

Recently hired and every thing from management to working with diffferent teams has been very good, the attention to detail is very high and an excellent training program to allow you to up skill and become a master of your own success. If you want to work for a company that has great potential to broaden your career and provide customers with world class solutions then look no further.

The amount of training can be extensive at first, but that is more of a good thing than a negative.

Positive work culture. Coworkers always willing to help out. We work on products that make a difference.

Some early morning and late evening meetings due to working with coworkers from around the world.

- Very customer centric organisation - Engineering thinking - Very good incentive system - no micromanagement (in Sales at least) - very good and transparent backend processes (Bookings, expenses, purchases,...)

- fluctuation of sales engineers seems rather high (but I think it is linked to the industry)

1) Balanced CTC 2) Never seen much politics -negligible 3) Good benefits- Medical , Dental etc 4) everyone try to help you 5) Positive Environment - General 6) Manager talks to you professionally 7) Not seen till now work after Working hours Means Manager never disturb you after your working hours

1) No Onsite 2) Work load depends in which team you are *Support Team a) Shift time changes or upgrade without concern Of employees b) No Technical Growth plan c) just you should not leave they trap you in promotions d) long leaves issues you need to apply before 2 months for single leave as well * Presales inside SE a) some what negative people , no sense what Language they talks with each other too much Ego in Manager b) Colleague never help each other to grow technically and professionally * Engineering Team a ) did not find as such 3) if you are not technically strong you will stuck here So need to upgrade yourself Only competitor like Commvault, arch serve can Hire you directly with minimal interview
