I was approached by the recruitment team in Ireland for this role and demonstrated to be interested. After several calls with recruitment team seemed the feedback from the department Diretor took forever and never came. After long 3 months the feedback has come and an initial interview was scheduled, was around technical skill sets and feedback was that I had another f2f interview with a panel of people. It went OK overall and after 2 weeks I was told I had to redo the same interview with another panel of people (not sure why). That was horrible experience and everyone overall was rude(specially one of pre sales architects ) and talking down on me like they knew everything and I don't. Finally I've been told role wen to someone else (whole process took 4+ months)

I got the initial contact via a referral. Recruiter was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Had a total of 2 phone screens , 1st with recruiter and 2nd with hiring manager. Had open conversation where they gauged me and told me about what was required. Later on I was called on-site for approximately 4 hours of continuous interviews with technical engineer, consultant , VP and hiring manager. Everyone tested me on a diverse set of things from coding to technical design / solutions. Unfortunately I did not make the last cut however had a very good experience. Recruiter was kind enough to call me and let me know I wasn't selected.
