Phone screen that focused on threading knowledge and basic .net questions.
Next was an in-person that consisted of 3 one on one interviews
1 person - Architecture scenario solving a bottle neck with hundreds of phones trying to sync data all at once. Hint - Messaging Queue.
2 person - OO questions, design patterns and applications. Know your STUFF
3 person - Class design scenario, write a class that can model a network of friends, has methods to determine if a person is a friend, or a friend of a friend. Think recursion and binary trees.

It's quite simple in the beginning, but on the tech one you got 2 tasks to do, so you have to be prepared for it.
The whole process is divided on 5 steps and you have to be very patient with them if you want to work over there :)
