Had a total of 2 interviews - 1. Zoom call with the HR (Anson) and the department head (Rahul), 2. 1-day panel interview + presentation at the VMware office. Overall, I had a great experience throughout the entire interview. The entire process was very streamlined. The questions the HR and the interviewers asked were necessary for the role. Before the interview session, Anson also gave me ample time to research on what should be prepared during the interview session. Really appreciate this because I knew that it was going to be worthwhile. At the end of the day, constructive feedback were also given.
