I would describe the interview process as very thorough. It started with phone interview. After that I had eight face to face interviews with nine people during three weeks. Two of the interviews included written tests – one on testing methodologies, operating systems and networking and one on programming skills. The last interview was in the form of presentation of the company, the working environment and employment conditions.

Seems standard but tough, initially there was an option of either a phone screen or an online hackerrank test, once you get past that on-site interviews. A good solid preparation of computer science fundaments, data structures and algorithms is necessary. Being local there was no issue of arranging travel/hotel etc. probably will get re-reimbursed for travel ling 10 miles (heh).
