The whole process took a while before I heard back for an interview (about 3 months) but after the first round it went pretty fast. Standard behavioral questions, but it's important to have an authentic motivation answer when asked about it.
Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
