I applied on the UN career website, it took about two weeks, then I get a assistant phone call to schedule a phone interview. After that I had a group interview with a department manager, and two senior staff.

Mostly they asked me about my past experiences, my academic background, and my knowledge in international affairs. They introduced my about what they wanted to achieve and ask me how can I contribute to the team.
