Interview
A brief 30 min phone call with the department supervisor and another intern, asking a few questions on previous work experience and interest. This was followed by a description of the office and various responsibilities I could expect.

Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
