I got an email scheduling a phone call. On the phone there were two women who asked me questions. Was offered the internship a couple hours later by email. It seems like they already made up their mind before calling me based on my resume. The phone call was just a formality to measure my oral communication skills. They did interview a couple other candidates that day before offering me the internship.
