I was interviewed for the internship with UN Women over Skype with two program managers who asked questions about my studies and former experience. They asked me to contribute a few project ideas and how I would implement them.

Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
