1) HR Telecon
2) Hiring Manager Round - was about current status quo and technical + managerial
3) Coding Round - implement LRU cache - by junior developer
4) System Design - Design spotify - by mid senior developer
5) VP round(in person, he flew from chennai) - worst managerial question, behaving as he is lord. When I asked few question in the end, he is deviated, not pleasant...
Overall, the HR is very worst, as they don't comeback with feedback even after many days unless you call him. Basically ghosting to the core.
If the team is disheartened, why wasting candidates time?
