I interviewed at Uniphore Software Systems (New York, NY)
Interview
5 round of interviews, ghosted by the recruiting team and all the people I talked to. Beyond unprofessional. No respect for people's time and dedication. Do not show the values they praise.
I applied online. I interviewed at Uniphore Software Systems (Palo Alto, CA)
Interview
I interviewed for a role in the office of the CEO and unfortunately had a very negative experience overall.
Everything after that went downhill. The interview process dragged on for more than a month with multiple last minute reschedules and no real communication about timelines. I was passed between several recruiters, which made the experience feel disjointed and unstructured. The person who rejected me was not who I spoke to originally, she sent a rejection email instead of calling me directly and even addressed me by the wrong name, which felt careless and disrespectful after such a long process.
The interview with current team supporting this role was especially disappointing. The overall tone came off as condescending and dismissive, and it did not give me confidence in the leadership style or the culture I would be stepping into.
This was one of the most disorganized interview processes I have experienced. I expected more professionalism for a role at this level.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uniphore Software Systems (Bengaluru)
Interview
The interview process was smooth and conducted according to the candidate's availability with the schedule. The interviewers were professional, kind, humble, and respectful regardless of their position in the company. However there was a delay in communication regarding the next rounds and the final decision which could be improved to enhance the overall candidate experience
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions asked during the interview were deeply rooted in core concepts effectively assessing the candidate's understanding of the technologies relevant to the role. As the interview progressed scenario-based questions were introduced to evaluate the candidate's ability to apply their knowledge and demonstrate problem-solving skills in real-world situations.
