I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (London, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
Online application followed by a skills based test. If successful, invited to a one to one telephone interview. After telephone interview, invited to an assessment centre where you are expected to give a short presentation and do group activities. Also a face to face interview with the line manager.
WELL ORGANISED interview process. The panel was diverse. The questions asked were as per the relevant field of study and experience - past companies and study and field of studies.
It took the whole day. Company offered no travel compensation, even for people who had to travel from abroad, only a sad goodie bag. The ridiculous role-play activities lasted for the whole day. Waste of time.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Unilever (Manchester, England) in Nov 2018
Interview
I had a video interview which consisted of 3 scenario based questions and one question about the company. I had one minute to read the question and think of an answer and 3 minutes to answer the question however I didn't get multiple attempts to answer the question.
