I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Mar 2013
Interview
Very fast and effective.
As the manager for this position was in a different Country, it was totally conducted by phone (and the last interview was held by video conference) in the office.
The first interview was with an HR Specialist and then all other were conducted directly by the Manager and Director (final interview)

Question 1
What would make you want to leave your current job and work for Unilever
Thorough interview process, in two phases - first one with a recruitment team where I had to solve and present a complete case study, very in line with the job description. The second interview was more straight forwards, with the directors in the area.
