I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Unilever (Athens, Athens, Attica) in Jan 2010
Interview
I had to pass first a verbal and a numerical test, in which I succedeed and then there was an interview with 3 ladies. They were very nice and they really liked my CV. They asked me some hypothetical questions, e.g. "What would you do concerning marketing if you had a coffee shop and sales were moving down? Describe 3 solutions."

Video Interview, game process, actual interviews, HR Interview, field assesment day etc etc. Difficult, detailed questions, high expectations, must have an actual experience prior to junior positions. Unprofessional experience by the employee. It was distracting
I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Ho Chi Minh City)
Interview
Unilever's hiring process can involve an online application, a video interview with pre-recorded questions, and potentially assessments to gauge your skills and problem-solving abilities. It's like a hurdle race where you showcase your fit for the role and Unilever's values.

Question 1
the experience in Marketing and the strong and weakness
Very difficult interview. They asked very difficult questions and gave a case study which I struggled. Luckily I was given hints and guidance which I was grateful of. Although I did not pass the interview in the end, it was still a very good experience.
