      I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever in Aug 2008

      Interview

      The first step was a short interview asking about previous experiences of the job, leadership, management of pressure, goals and savings acomplished the actual job. Second step: there was a metting with all the contestans. They give a case that had to be solve in group, then was a presentacion of the results they give us cardboards, computers to make it. Here gets more "points" the person that makes the presentacion because has the opportunity to explain the ideas, facts etc.
