Interview
I was accepted to Unilever management interview process which has 4 rounds for myself,
Everything went well. the first step is the exam pass. I passed the exam which include English, Logic and Math exam.
The second round is the case study issue problem that I had to analyze and suggest the solution then at the same day I have an interview with 3 persons which is marketing persons and I passed the interview.
Then the third one consist of group business discussion with another candidates and lastly I had to talk with 10 persons which is the executives from Unilever.
I was very excited and I believe that I would pass for sure.
Then I got the phone call that I passed to work for the R&D in the company and I have to have health check at hospital which everything went well..
Then 1 week later, they call me to have another interview and then I was declined for some reasons.
Which i checked with my friends inside. she mention that the company don't want to have R&D position anymore. which is disappointing experience and waste time..
Online experience was overall difficult and doesn't feel personable I understand as the company is large and has many applicants which is hard to go through in the short period of time

The final stage is the VP interview, which focuses more on your personal background and whether you’re a good cultural fit for the company. At this point, if you don’t pass, it’s usually not because of capability, but more about ensuring there isn’t a mismatch in working style or cultural alignment.
