4 stages, very well organised and actually thrilling.
They use Hirevue platform to digitally interview you, basically all stages revolved around several cases for us to solve individually or in a group of contestants. All stages need some preparation. Tips on how to do that can be found on the web, focus on company values.

Question 1
You are given 3 min to prepare for a press conference, where YOU will be questioned (by HRs and Vices) on what kind of a accident happened on one of company's plants, why no actions have been taken
Then there was a coaching session with a Vice. It was the last and toughest part of the Discovery day in company. I had an hour to talk to serving professionals about my path in life and choices I made. They completely deconstructed my reasons to be motivated.
