      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Leatherhead, England) in Jan 2019

      Interview

Enjoyable and clear process but hard and nerve-racking interview. The process started with a 45 phone interview with the hiring manager, questions were hard but interviewer was really nice and professional. For the second stage, I have to prepare a marketing plan for a new product launch which I had 20 minutes to present, followed by a 10 minute Q&A and a further 45 minute interview. This was done via Skype as I wasn't able to come to the office. For the final stage I had an in-person interview with the Marketing Director. She asked me quite a few questions which were similar to the ones I'd been asked previously but also welcomed questions. I absolutely loved every stage of this interview and was beyond excited when they offered me the job. It was a tough interview process and you definitely have to prepare for it, hut the interviewers are friendly and the HR team were an absolute dream too!

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever

      Interview

So far I had two rounds, first one was with HR. The questions concentrated on my personality. Afterwards I was invited to a second interview with the manager. We talked about the role, my motivation and experiences. Both conversations were friendly and not too hard. But it is necessary to prepare yourself beforehand to have good answers to a lot of questions!
