I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Unilever in Jan 2013
Interview
They came to the career fair at my college and I was contacted that night for an interview the next day. I was interviewed by a panel of 3 women, one was clearly the manager or "higher up" and took notes on her laptop and the other two were recent graduates who worked in the area I would be working in and asked the questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Englewood Cliffs, NJ) in Oct 2022
Interview
Friendly interviewer with a group project as the main interview, and the individual interviews follow. It certainly takes a long time and it is tiring, but the process is interesting.
Online assessments, then a super day with group case, 2 30-minute interviews, and a group interview. Recruiter was unresponsive and did not ever update despite saying otherwise. Be personable but not too assertive, they want team players, not bulldozers.
