I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (London, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
Very professional and in a nice atmosphere. It was 1 hour 1:1 interview. The first stage of the meeting was dedicated to the company - introduction and detailed description of department's structure, position etc. Than focus on relevant experience and some behavioral questions related to company values. Overall, it was the most professional and focused interview I ever had.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Nov 2025
Interview
Poor process with unclear next steps. I was asked to provide references, only to be informed in the following call that the role was no longer being hired due to an internal reorganization. Overall, a disappointing and unprofessional experience.
