Another company using personality tests and timed maths questions. Personality tests are pseudoscience at best and are poor predictors of job performance. Why I have to do mental maths in the age of calculators and automation, I simply do not know.

Difficult interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (London, England) in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online, multiple personality and numerical tests followed by a competency-based phone interview. Phone interview was very probing and hard i.e. would ask a question then repeat the question asking for more detail to really gage knowledge.
I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Leatherhead, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
One to one interview. Very relaxed, on teams. Nice environment, was more like a conversation. Lots of “tell me about a time” questions so used the STAR technique. Friendly and not too serious
Several application rounds followed by an interview. Interview questions generally true to other Glassdoor reviews but they do ask follow up questions to ensure you really know about the industry . Relatively fast feedback. You should really have a good idea about the industry and interest in it before hand to be successful.
