Ubisoft Graduate Program Online Programmer interview questions

-Apply through ubisoft graduate website -Contacted by Campus Manager from Paris HQ -Wants me to do a C++ test of 30 min which consists of basic oop knowledge, some advanced c++, some tcp/ip questions, and physics for game dev questions. -Pass the test then they want me to choose my preferred studio between Redlynx and Bucharest so I chose bucharest, the person who was in charge told me she had transferred my application to the selected team . -During 3 weeks complete silence until I had to contact the person who was initially in charge of my application... I ask for some updates and she told me they had decided to not move forward with my application. No reason, no motivation. I didn't even get a chance for a HR round like why did they make me pass the c++ test to begin with? Really disappointed by how this ended. The website states that the interview process consists of 3 round: Online test, HR/Face-to-Face Test, Final Interview with expert. If I passed the first test, why not let me continue? At least some kind of discussion, to learn more about the job and ubisoft.
