Applied online and received a time sensitive email to complete an online assessment two days after I submitted my application. The day after I competed the assessment I received a follow up email to confirm a phone interview a week from that day. The phone interview only lasted 14 minutes and I was offered an in person interview during that same phone call. My in person interview was scheduled for the same week only two days from my phone interview. The day before my in person interview I was called by the recruiter and told they accidentally overbooked the hiring managers so my in person interview was now going to be an over the phone manager interview which I was excited for because it meant I could do it in the comfort of my own home in my pajamas. The manager interview went well. It lasted 50 minutes and included a role play scenario where I had to sell them a phone and accessories. At the end of the call I was asked if I had any questions and I asked about career advancement, the team environment and company culture. The manager was very detailed in the path a typical associate takes to move up so I really appreciated that. If you get this far in the interview definitely ask them about the career path taken to move up within the company because there are a lot of opportunities for growth. Currently waiting for an offer, was told it could take up to a week for the recruiter to call me back.
Phone interview lasted about 20mins. Next interview over the phone with manager because I am out of state. The manager interview calendar was full so I had to wait on a call back to schedule my second interview. Got the interview scheduled for a week later.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at USAA (San Antonio, TX) in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied online. Within a week, I received an email that I was selected as a Candidate and to take an assessment to see if I was a fit. The assessment was mostly behavioral questions. Two days later, I received an email that USAA would like a phone interview. I was contacted a week later by a recruiter who conducted the interview. She went over the job description, benefits, salary and bonuses. She also asked me a couple of questions, such as, why USAA? What challenges may you have with this position? After the interview, she asked if I could meet with a manager face-to-face for another interview on the campus. I went in today, they went over the job description as it’s a position that provided customer service and also cross selling. In the end, they asked me three questions, where do you see yourself in 3 years? Give me an example when you had a dismissal call and received a sale? Give me a time you encountered a problem at work. What recourses did you take? What was the outcome? I felt it went well. They stated I would get a phone call if there is an offer. If you receive an email, they declined. Awaiting for an offer.
