Assessment Test sent online, then sent an email for interview by phone, then proceeded to management interview on campus. Most questions were situational based off the STAR model. Both interviews were similar.

Interview
I applied and the next day received an online assessment. The next day I received an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview went well and at the end of the call they invited me to come in for an in-person interview the following week. The interview was with 2 people one typing and one asking the questions. They had me do a mock phone sale. They called me a few days later and offered me a different position as long as the background check clears. They sent me an email with concerns about my credit but I am not sure if they are going to revoke their offer
