I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at UPS in Apr 2013
Interview
I interviewed with the hub manager, and assistant manager; I was recommended by one of the Operations Managers. It was more of a conversation than a structured interview. I essentially introduced myself and spoke about my experience and why I was there. The interview started later than the scheduled time and it seemed as though they were reading my resume for the first time as I sat down. I sensed this and led the conversation highlighting my background and why I thought I would be a great addition to the company.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
Received phone interview first by recruiter. Then scheduled a in person interview with manager and two supervisors. Very clear job description and had a warehouse walk through. I fully understood what my role would be and allowed to ask questions.
