I applied online and set up a date to come in right online.
Came in for a tour and was interviewed on the spot. I had to come in again and for one day of orientation and started the next week. Very easy interview only asked on question and then took down my social security number for a background check.

Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
