I applied online. I interviewed at UPS (Greenville, SC) in Jan 2014
Interview
I first got a phone interview with a remote recruiter who wanted to know whether I was a strong negotiator. If passed, a video conference or on-location panel interview will be scheduled with an HR representative and a hiring manager. My particular training class started one month after getting offer in another city. No relocation assistance for this position but opportunity for advancement once there. Six weeks of negotiation and UPS training occur before being placed in a "growth group" until a geographical territory opens up (no commission is earned in the growth group). Commission can be lucrative if area is successful but all territories are not created equal.
I filled out the application online. Then received the email about a week later to schedule the for the interview with a hiring manager. Interviewed within 2 weeks via Zoom.
The Interview was pretty basic, they asked me about my previous experience on sales. They are not looking for you to be an expert but at least some experience. They also asked me about my education.

Question 1
What's a problem you have experiences in your previous job and how do you solve it?
Panel interview with a supervisor and HR. Very basic questions. Be professional and have good questions to ask, and you should be fine. You'll be surprised with some of the people they let through the interview process if you make it through the other side.
