Two part inter view - regular inter view questions , degree not need Ed but plus if no sales skills .. one on one very informal with a HR person was first interview over teams

Very little skills are needed. This is a entry level customer service job that is dressed up to be sales. There are previous accounts in your territory and you have to basically upsell to them.
