Fill out all of the info on the UPS website. They schedule you to come in. You fill out more paper work and you are practically hired on the spot because they want as many people they can get.

(And they're not joking when they ask this, sometimes I had to carry packages way heavier)
Very easy, HR was wonderful. Explained everything in detail of what I was going to be doing on a day to day bases. Included telling me about advancement opportunities, benefits, different location positions and more.

It wasn’t No interview you just have to come to the ups to give the human resources person your give id and Ssc after completing application and getting background check back the process is very simple and easy
