I have worked for UPS for 3 years at the time of the interview. I was called for an interview to transfer to another dept. I then interviewed w/a group of people for the job. They asked several questions, reviewed my resume and then it was over. Not to bad. They also let you job shadow someone else to make sure you want the position.
