I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at UPS (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2016
Interview
Before the interview there was a about 30-45 minute group discussion with an HR representative that covered al the basic knowledge we need to know about being a UPS employee before considering rather we would like to continue later with an interview. After that group discussion we watched 2 videos as a group, one discussing and showing the aspects of being a package handler. The second video discussed the various benefits that UPS offers employees including tuition reimbursement and health benefits. After that we were asked rather or not we would like to continue with an interview that night or if we would prefer to think about everything first and then request an interview later. The interview was concise and simple, definitely don't stress about it like I did.
