Steps you apply to the ups website for the position, they usually have dates available to choose from dates in which you can take a tour at the UPS facility. You schedule the tour, and take the tour. After the tour the HR representative sits you down and you have a brief interview.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
