UPS Driver interview questions

Poor hiring process. I receive combinations of emails and text with no instruction. I was told I successfully completed the in person orientation and I was never told where to go for it. I never attended. I keep opening help tickets because I get text to show up at a job site and report to my supervisor. I have never been given a name for a supervisor. All the help numbers point mt to i9 help. They just tell me to contact my supervisor. Vicious circle.

I went to my interview & met the manager of the depot who was very friendly and informative it was a straightforward interview & he advised me of the training what was involved
