Interview
Phone interview one day. Approximately two to three days later, received a call to come in for an on-site interview. After that, a decision was made in about four to five days. I came in for photo and fingerprinting. Process took over a week and a half.

UBS has a small team of in house consultants overlooking wealth; interviews required knowledge specific to how UBS and processes works along with how your experience can help to contribute or be relevant to the scope which the team overlooks
Candidate should probably have had experience in management consulting overlooking system improvements, customer experience improvement, customer journeys but also knowledge on the finance and investments/wealth sector
