Interview
The hiring process begins with an online test that includes situational and logical/analytical questions. Candidates who pass this test will then have an interview either through HireVue or with real people. If successful, the final step is receiving a job offer.

How many tennis balls can fit into Centre Court at Wimbledon?
One assessment test about logic and behavior, then a pre recorded interview where you would see a question, then have one minute to think how to answer, then 2 minutes to discuss your answer
Standard Hirevue interview, from what I recall you get two minutes to prepare and two minutes to speak. After each question your response is automatically recorded and you cannot retry.

Die Interviewer waren sehr menschlich und haben sich um meine Persönlichkeit gekümmert. Es ging vor allem um die Umgangsformen und zwischenmenschliche Art der Person. Jedoch auch technische Skills wurden befragt.
