First interview was with an M&A guy, not with HR. This interview lasted aroud 15 minutes - asked me what type of things I liked about IB, what I liked about UBS, about my life etc. This was all asked as one question and I'm pretty sure it was just so the guy could get to know me. However, the interviewer would mute his phone everytime I started talking, and simply replied "ok" after each response. I'm pretty sure he was just doing work whilst half-listening to me. Far from welcoming, bordering arrogant and rude. He didn't even give me the time of day, so for me this was not a positive experience.
