Very long process! Assessment + cultural match, video interview on sonru, video interview with manager and last video interview with head of department. You get an answer after each steps within 48 hours. Very efficient HR team!

First there is an Online Assessment, then a Hirevue and finally in person interview. Rather short and lean process if compared to other Graduate programs. Final Interview was very much personal fit based.
