First, UBS makes you take some online assessment depending on your profile and a culture match quiz to see if your values and in line with the company's. Second, UBS selects you for an online automatic interview in which candidates are recorded answering 5-8 questions. Candidates are offered approximately 1 minute to prepare and 1-2 minutes to answer. Third and last step, candidates are invited for an in-person interview with more technical questions based on the position

First there is an Online Assessment, then a Hirevue and finally in person interview. Rather short and lean process if compared to other Graduate programs. Final Interview was very much personal fit based.
