Interview
It was a Hirevue interview: 7 questions, 2 minutes to prepare your answer and 2 minutes to answer. I had to record myself answering the questions via the given platform. It was very intuitive to use, but not particularly enjoyable.
After the online assessment, there was a video interview where you had to record short videos of yourself. Questions such as 'What will impact the financial industry in the upcoming 10 years the most?' were asked. And after that, there was a panel interview.
