A CV hand in, then video interview. One of the worst interviews I had done. I did this around September, and UBS had no courtesy to even update applicants on the process until December. I contacted their Recruitment about this and was met with cold defensive responses regarding this. I made it a point to ask them to improve their process and keep candidates up to date about progress even if it taking longer than anticipated. But the same excuses from their side about being a big company and hiring on a rolling basis, and that they are unable to email all applicants.... (It is only a matter of an automated email). My review is of the company UBS because highly unprofessional in their manner of dealing with their graduate schemes and the way they value candidate time. Clearly from my feedback/complaint, they clearly did not like it, so I would warn others about who they are dealing with in this basis.
