Interview
Heard about internship through local connections. I interviewed with a financial advisor first. I was asked what I want to do, what I am interested in, the classes I am taking. Easy questions. THen I interviewed with the Branch Manager which was also an "informal" interview process. I was asked what I want to get out of my internship at UBS. Then had to do a background and drug test, fingerprinting.
One assessment test about logic and behavior, then a pre recorded interview where you would see a question, then have one minute to think how to answer, then 2 minutes to discuss your answer
Die Interviewer waren sehr menschlich und haben sich um meine Persönlichkeit gekümmert. Es ging vor allem um die Umgangsformen und zwischenmenschliche Art der Person. Jedoch auch technische Skills wurden befragt.

Standard Hirevue interview, from what I recall you get two minutes to prepare and two minutes to speak. After each question your response is automatically recorded and you cannot retry.
