Interview
I was recruited within college, and had an intership. The process was a two step process, on two different dates. I had an interview with a senior at the main office location, and a follow-up with a principal. Questions were both theoretical, and though driven. There were two interviews that lasted, each 2 hours.
Gute Strukturierung im Gespräch, der längste Teil bezog sich auf die bisherigen Erfahrungen und wie diese in die beworbene Rolle passen könnten. Sehr viele spezifische Fragen zu Prozessverständnis und Wissen in Bezug auf die Rolle wurden gestellt.

Beschreibe einen Moment, in dem du mit einer Extrameile einen Kunden sehr zufriedenstellen konntest.
Mehrere Tests am PC. Deduktiver Test und Fragen wie gut man in die Unternehmenskultur passt. Alles machbar! Am besten etwas Zeit einplanen und fit sein um gute Resultate zu erzielen.
Applied on the website and hiring manager got back within a month. I applied with just CACS 1 but displayed my ability to pass in 1 attempt. Got the offer on the same day i pass my CACS paper 2
