I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (Luxembourg) in May 2016
Interview
I was interviewed by the Human Resource department first then followed by an interview with the department manager. Very general interview, like what you would expect from an interview. It went quite smooth actually. Like a relax conversation.
UBS's recruiting is very fast paced and well structured, The interview process asks relatively fit based questions compared to other investment banks. All the A&As are nice and welcoming. No hirevue for off-cycle internships.
They went through my CV and asked questions about technologies used. The interview was an hour long. Also asked about my stengths and weaknesses as well as personal qualities. Overall they were very friendly and welcoming.
