Applied through online company job portal, was contacted 2 days later offering 2 interviews for the next week. Each interview was for one hour, the first with the hiring manager, the second with the next management level. Positive feedback, next interview to be had with next management level and HR. So far not very structured, more "get to know each other"
The process was fairly straightforward - one product interview with the hiring manager, one with a senior engineering leader as this PM role was more technically focused, one with a senior stakeholder. All were virtual video interviews.
