This was probably one of the worst interview processes I had in my life. 1. First round A. Picked up the phone no one said nothing. Called back, and no response. Emailed Recruiter back right away and no response. In fact Recruiter emailed me back on LinkedIn asking me if I wanted to interview for the position, at the same exact time. B. Second time I received no call. I called the recruiter, went to voicemail, emailed her, and got no response until a day later stating that she was busy C. Finally got interview and moved to next round 2. Second round. A. Scheduled call and it was cancelled last minute B. Had scheduled call, and we moved forward 3. Third Round A. I had to build a presentation for looking at financial trends. Original deadline was Thusday after receiving it Sunday. It got push forward to Tuesday at last minute. But still moved on 4. Fourth Round A. They asked me the day before, if I could come the next day. Even though they know I work full time. They didn't even offer to validate my parking fees. B. Finally got a time that was convenient for both for us. The recruiter didn't show up, and every interviewer was late to the interview. No professionalism. After the interview, they told they would let me know in 3-5 business days. I got an answer 20 business days later in a canned email. Overall this was a very poor experience, very unprofessional, disorganized, and not very planned out. I wonder if they run their company this way.
