A phone screening with HR and a test after. A test consisted of copy editing and formatting which is not exactly the main project coordinator activities so it seemed odd that they are treated as a prerequisite for getting a job.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TransPerfect (London, England) in May 2016
Interview
Applied online via my university website the whole process was quite messy and from my point not very organised. I was called back 2 days later and did a telephone interview with the HR department, was then given an online test to do, once this was passed I was given an interview at their offices. Met 3 sets of different people all asking the exact same questions.I was then asked to do a numeral and reasoning test which took about 30 minutes. All in all it was 2 hours worth of interviews and tests at their offices. I was called back a few days later and asked to meet another set of their managers for another interview. It seemed un planned and again asked pretty much the exact same things.
First call with HR, then with Dept Manager, then in-person interview with hiring managers. The whole process was quick, hiring managers were lovely and the questions were aligned with the role. Interview with Detp Manager was easy.
5 interviews (1 in person) for an entry level position and 2700-3300 salary/month. Told me only at 2nd interview that I'm expected to work overtime and weekends all the time.
