      Extremely unprofessional. I had scheduled an interview with Jacek Grebski via Google Calendar, which he specified was going to be a phone call. After not receiving a phone call, I called in to Google Meet room that was automatically generated by the Calendar Invite after 3 minutes of waiting. There was no one there and after 20 minutes of further waiting, I left. I then emailed him about not receiving a call from him and wanting to reschedule. He immediately replied that I was not being considered and he had been waiting in the Google Meet room the entire time, which was not true. Bad experience overall, surprised and disappointed by the lack of professionalism by Mr. Jacek Grebski

      Interview

      I was sent an invite to schedule an interview with Jacek Grebski. Unfortunately there is a lack of professionalism. I was stood up and after waiting for a while I had to send an email and verify if I was going to interview or not (I ended up leaving the meeting before I even got a response, I didn't feel like someone would show up). I got the opportunity to interview the next day, no apology or acknowledgement on the lack of professionalism and it seemed that Jacek was not happy to be there at the moment. It's ok to not have the desire to interview more people, just be straight up and say that. Rather than asking if the candidate knows anything about the company or technology it uses, inform them, talk about the company, the mission, the values and the direction its headed. In the end, you are the face that represents the company so give a welcoming to your potential new hire. If you lack people skills, that's fine, get someone else.
