      I got to work with some very smart people and solve interesting problems.

      Cons

      The company is a startup. The management told employees that they had 15 months of runway. The next month it was announced that the company had cash problems. On of the VCs took control of the company and proceeded to lay off people. The only explanation I heard was, "Someone made some decisions they shouldn't have."
