Interview
The HR rep was quite nice . Had a good feel about the position. Answered my questions patiently. Scheduled the next round with hiring manager. But that person got sick and I guess the job opening ended there. HR ghosted my emails as well. Never heard beyond that. Funny enough recieved a mail from tomtom to fill survey on my interview experiences.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TomTom in Apr 2025
Interview
The process involved a first fit call with the HR recruiter where they try to understand your profile. This was followed by a 45 min product round with someone from the product team.
It was very easy they were kind and respectful. They asked about my past expericaces. I wish I could have taken the job but I couldn't move to that area.
